help - camera/lense issue?

so i'm having an issue with my camera and/or the lens. (i'm going to post some photos so you can see the issue) whenever i take pictures, these little dark spots are all over the pictures. they're easy enough to edit out, but they're a pain, and it seems to keep getting worse. i've cleaned the whole thing a million times and nothing seems to help. any insight to this issue would be greatly appreciated. for all those who don't know, i have a canon eos 20d with an 18-55mm lense (i'm working on getting a better lense, but i don't use my camera that much, so it's not a priority) thanks to anyone who can help :)

on a better note, i just got home from vegas and the hoover dam, i have tons of pictures (though most if not all of them are ravaged by the dark spots, but im trying to save a few of them) and the hoover dam was easily the most beautiful thing i have ever seen.

thats about it :P
